The proposals of the territorial audit chamber, formulated in accordance with Article LO 6262-12 and aimed at restoring a balanced budget, relate to measures that are the sole responsibility of the local authority or its public establishment concerned, suitable for clearing the deficit recorded. If the Chamber finds that the deficit does not reach the thresholds set by Article LO 6262-12 and that there are no grounds for proposing remedial measures, it notifies its reasoned decision to the State representative and to the local authority or public body concerned.

Les propositions de la chambre territoriale des comptes, formulées conformément à l’article LO 6262-12 et tendant au rétablissement de l’équilibre budgétaire, portent sur des mesures relevant de la seule responsabilité de la collectivité ou de son établissement public concerné, propres à apurer le déficit constaté. Elles précisent la période au cours de laquelle l’apurement doit intervenir.

La chambre, si elle constate que le déficit n’atteint pas les seuils fixés par l’article LO 6262-12 et qu’il n’y a pas lieu de proposer des mesures de redressement, notifie sa décision motivée au représentant de l’Etat et à la collectivité ou à son établissement public concerné.
