Article D6264-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The collectivity receives the allocation provided for in Article R. 3334-5 under the same conditions as the départements.

It also receives an allocation taken from the appropriations allocated to the increase mentioned in article R. 3334-7. This allocation is calculated by applying the ratio of the local authority’s population to the national population, increased by 10%, to the total amount of this increase.

Article D6264-7

La collectivité reçoit dans les mêmes conditions que les départements l’attribution prévue à l’article R. 3334-5.

Elle reçoit en outre une dotation prélevée sur les crédits affectés à la majoration mentionnée à l’article R. 3334-7. Cette dotation est calculée par application au montant total de cette majoration du rapport entre la population de la collectivité et la population nationale, majorée de 10 %.
