Article D6271-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The duties of the commission’s rapporteur are carried out by the representative of the State in the collectivity of Saint-Barthélemy or his/her representative.

The secretariat of the commission is provided by the services of the representative of the State in the collectivity of Saint-Barthélemy.

The chairman may invite to attend a meeting, in an advisory capacity, any person whose presence he deems useful.

The commission may request any document it deems useful from the Prefect of Guadeloupe, the State representative in Saint-Barthélemy, the President of the Regional Council of Guadeloupe, the President of the General Council of Guadeloupe, the President of the Territorial Council of the collectivity of Saint-Barthélemy.

The commission adopts its rules of procedure.

Les fonctions de rapporteur de la commission sont assurées par le représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité de Saint-Barthélemy ou son représentant.

Le secrétariat de la commission est assuré par les services du représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité de Saint-Barthélemy.

Le président peut inviter à participer à une séance, à titre consultatif, toute personne dont il juge la présence utile.

La commission peut demander communication de tout document qu’elle estime utile au préfet de la Guadeloupe, au représentant de l’État à Saint-Barthélemy, au président du conseil régional de la Guadeloupe, au président du conseil général de la Guadeloupe, au président du conseil territorial de la collectivité de Saint-Barthélemy.

La commission adopte son règlement intérieur.
