Article D6311-21 of the French Public Health Code

The emergency care teaching centre is approved for a period of five years by the director general of the regional health agency with territorial jurisdiction on the basis of a dossier submitted to this agency.

An order by the Minister for Health sets out :

1° The conditions for obtaining and withdrawing approval ;

2° The conditions for obtaining provisional approval;

3° The content of the approval file.

Le centre d’enseignement des soins d’urgence est agréé pour une durée de cinq ans par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé territorialement compétent sur la base d’un dossier déposé auprès de cette agence.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé fixe :

1° Les conditions d’obtention et de retrait de l’agrément ;

2° Les conditions d’obtention d’un agrément provisoire ;

3° Le contenu du dossier d’agrément.
