The following articles of the Electoral Code apply to the preparatory operations for the ballot and to the conduct of voting operations, under the conditions laid down in Article D. 6313-1, the following articles of the Electoral Code:
1° Article R. 40 relating to the allocation of voters to polling stations;
2° Article R. 41 relating to polling times;
3° Article R. 42 relating to the composition of the polling station;
4° Article R. 43 relating to the chairmanship of the polling station;
5° Article R. 44 relating to the appointment of assessors;
6° Article R. 45 relating to the appointment of their deputy;
7° Article R. 46 relating to the notification to the mayor and the presidents of the polling stations of the lists of assessors and substitutes;
8° Article R. 47 relating to the role of the delegates of the lists of candidates or candidates;
9° Article R. 48 prohibiting discussions and deliberations inside the polling stations;
10° Articles R. 49 and R. 50 relating to the policing of the polling station;
11° Article R. 51 relating to the replacement of assessors and delegates who may have been expelled;
12° Article R. 52 relating to the powers of the bureau to settle difficulties provisionally by reasoned decisions and entries in the minutes;
13° Article R. 54 relating to the electoral envelopes;
14° Article R. 57 relating to the public recording of the opening and closing time of the poll;
15° Article R. 58 relating to checking the identity of voters;
16° Article R. 59 relating to the obligation to be registered on the electoral roll;
17° Article R. 60 relating to proof of identity in communes of 3,500 inhabitants or more;
18°Articles R. 61 and R. 62 relating to the list of voters and its control;
19°Articles R. 72 to R. 80 relating to proxy voting.
