Article D6332-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The following articles of the Electoral Code shall apply to the process of counting the votes and declaring the results, under the conditions set out in Article D. 6313-1, the following articles of the Electoral Code:

1° Article R. 63 relating to the organisation of the count;

2° Article R. 64 relating to the role of tellers and members of the bureau;

3° Article R. 65 relating to the appointment of tellers;

4° Article R. 65-1 relating to the grouping of envelopes by hundred;

5° Article R. 66 relating to the reading of the ballot papers, their marking and the handing in of documents whose regularity appeared doubtful to the bureau;

6° Article R. 66-1 relating to the counting of votes in polling stations equipped with a voting machine;

7° Article R. 68 relating to the documents to be attached to the minutes and the destruction of other documents;

8° Article R. 70 relating to the conservation and communication of minutes.

Sont applicables aux opérations de recensement des votes et de proclamation des résultats, dans les conditions par l’article D. 6313-1, les articles suivants du code électoral :

1° L’article R. 63 relatif à l’organisation du dépouillement ;

2° L’article R. 64 relatif au rôle des scrutateurs et des membres du bureau ;

3° L’article R. 65 relatif à la désignation des scrutateurs ;

4° L’article R. 65-1 relatif au regroupement des enveloppes par centaine ;

5° L’article R. 66 relatif à la lecture des bulletins, à leur pointage et à la remise des pièces dont la régularité a paru douteuse au bureau ;

6° L’article R. 66-1 relatif au dénombrement des suffrages dans les bureaux dotés d’une machine à voter ;

7° L’article R. 68 relatif aux pièces à joindre au procès-verbal et à la destruction des autres pièces ;

8° L’article R. 70 relatif à la conservation et à la communication des procès-verbaux.
