Article D6341-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The enactments of the deliberations of the Territorial Council and the deliberations of the Executive Council taken by delegation, as well as the acts of the President of the Territorial Council, of a regulatory nature, are published in the Journal officiel de Saint-Martin.

This Journal officiel, which is published at least monthly, is made available to the public at the Hôtel de la collectivité. The public shall be informed, within twenty-four hours, that the Official Journal of Saint-Martin is being made available to them, by posting at the usual places for the official posting of the collectivity.

The Official Journal of Saint-Martin may be distributed free of charge or by sale per issue or by subscription.

Le dispositif des délibérations du conseil territorial et des délibérations du conseil exécutif prises par délégation ainsi que les actes du président du conseil territorial, à caractère réglementaire, sont publiés dans le Journal officiel de Saint-Martin.

Ce Journal officiel, qui est publié selon une périodicité au moins mensuelle, est mis à la disposition du public à l’hôtel de la collectivité. Le public est informé, dans les vingt-quatre heures, que le Journal officiel de Saint-Martin est mis à sa disposition, par affichage aux lieux habituels de l’affichage officiel de la collectivité.

La diffusion du Journal officiel de Saint-Martin peut être effectuée à titre gratuit ou par vente au numéro ou par abonnement.
