If the initial budget, forwarded to the territorial audit chamber in accordance with the second paragraph of Article LO 6362-7 has not been adopted in real balance, the representative of the State shall refer the matter to the chamber, in accordance with Article D. 6362-12. The procedure provided for in articles D. 6362-13 to D. 6362-15 shall be applied.
Si le budget primitif, transmis à la chambre territoriale des comptes, conformément au deuxième alinéa de l’article LO 6362-7 n’a pas été adopté en équilibre réel, le représentant de l’Etat en saisit la chambre, conformément à l’article D. 6362-12. Il est fait application de la procédure prévue aux articles D. 6362-13 à D. 6362-15.
