Article D6431-53 of the French Public Health Code

The master plan on which the Board of Directors deliberates in application of 3° of article L. 6431-6 provides for all works and equipment operations whose costs exceed thresholds set by order of the ministers responsible for the budget, overseas territories and health.

The master plan is drawn up in accordance with the hospital project mentioned in 1 of article L. 6431-4, as approved.

Le plan directeur sur lequel le conseil d’administration délibère en application du 3° de l’article L. 6431-6 prévoit toutes les opérations de travaux et d’équipements dont les coûts sont supérieurs à des seuils fixés par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget, de l’outre-mer et de la santé.

Le plan directeur est établi en cohérence avec le projet hospitalier mentionné au 1 de l’article L. 6431-4, tel qu’il a été approuvé.
