Article D7112-3 of the French Labour Code

The decision of the Arbitration Committee is binding. It shall take effect from the date on which the matter is referred to it. No provision may stipulate that its effects shall have retroactive effect prior to that date.
One of the arbitrators or the Chairman of the Arbitration Committee shall file the original of the decision with the Clerk of the Court in whose jurisdiction the decision was rendered. This filing shall be completed within twenty-four hours and shall render the decision enforceable.
The documents required by the application of article L. 7112-4 and this article are exempt from formality and costs, in particular stamp duty and registration.

La décision de la commission arbitrale est obligatoire. Elle produit effet à compter de sa saisine. Aucune disposition ne peut prescrire que ses effets rétroagiront avant cette date.
Sa minute est déposée par l’un des arbitres ou par le président de la commission au greffe du tribunal judiciaire dans le ressort duquel la décision a été rendue. Ce dépôt est accompli dans les vingt-quatre heures et rend la décision exécutoire.
Les actes nécessités par l’application de l’article L. 7112-4 et du présent article sont dispensés de formes et de frais, en particulier de timbre et d’enregistrement.
