In the event that a territorial chamber of commerce and industry is in the situation provided for in 4° of Article D. 712-14-2 and is, in addition, placed under enhanced guardianship pursuant to article R. 712-10, the regional chamber of commerce and industry is required to comply with the request for a top-up sent to it by the supervisory authority.
The general meeting of the regional chamber of commerce and industry shall vote, no later than the following calendar half-year, on a new regional master plan ensuring the economic viability of the chambers of commerce and industry attached to it. The territorial chamber referred to in the previous paragraph may not oppose its merger with another chamber in the district decided by the regional chamber. The quorum relating to the qualified majority required to vote on the master plan is calculated by deducting the number of members representing the chamber under enhanced supervision and the elected regional representatives who are also members of this territorial chamber do not take part in the vote.
