Article D7121-28 of the French Labour Code

In accordance with article L. 3141-32, this section sets out the terms and conditions for the application of the provisions relating to paid holidays for artistic and technical entertainment personnel employed:
1° In entertainment companies engaged in the activities provided for in code 92.3 and codes 92. 7A and 55. 4C of the French activities nomenclature (NAF) as well as by impresarios, theatrical agencies, orchestra conductors, troupe leaders or in hotels, cafés, restaurants;
2° In companies carrying out cinematographic and video activities covered by code 92.1 of the NAF nomenclature;
3° In companies carrying out radio and television activities as defined in code 92.2 of the NAF nomenclature;
4° In companies carrying out sound recording publishing activities as defined in code 22. 1G.

La présente section détermine, conformément à l’article L. 3141-32, les modalités d’application des dispositions relatives aux congés payés du personnel artistique et technique du spectacle occupé :
1° Dans les entreprises de spectacle occupant les activités prévues au code 92.3 et aux codes 92. 7A et 55. 4C de la nomenclature des activités françaises (NAF) ainsi que par les impresarios, agences théâtrales, chefs d’orchestre, chefs de troupe ou dans les hôtels, cafés, restaurants ;
2° Dans les entreprises exerçant les activités cinématographiques et vidéo prévues au code 92.1 de la nomenclature NAF ;
3° Dans les entreprises exerçant les activités de radio et de télévision prévues au code 92.2 de la nomenclature NAF ;
4° Dans les entreprises exerçant les activités d’édition d’enregistrements sonores prévues au code 22. 1G.
