A joint committee is set up within the paid leave fund.
It is responsible for:
1° Monitoring the operation of the fund with regard to the allocation of holiday pay to beneficiaries;
2° Ruling on any disputes that may arise concerning entitlement to holiday pay.

Une commission paritaire est instituée auprès de la caisse de congés payés.
Elle est chargée :
1° De contrôler le fonctionnement de la caisse quant à l’attribution des indemnités de congé aux ayants droit ;
2° De statuer sur les contestations qui peuvent s’élever sur le droit au congé.
