Article D7343-75 of the French Labour Code

The annual time spent by the representatives appointed in application of article L. 7343-12 in the performance of their duties is compensated for the time spent at meetings of the negotiating committee, in application of article L. 7343-20.

They are also compensated on a pro rata basis for the number of days they exercise their mandate, up to a limit of one hundred and forty-four hours per year for the exercise of other representative functions.

Le temps annuel passé à l’exercice de leurs fonctions par les représentants désignés en application de l’article L. 7343-12 est indemnisé pour le temps passé aux réunions de la commission de négociation, en application de l’article L. 7343-20.

Il est également indemnisé au prorata du nombre de jours d’exercice du mandat du représentant dans la limite de cent quarante-quatre heures par an pour l’exercice des autres fonctions de représentation.
