In order to benefit from the compensation provided for in the first paragraph of Article D. 7343-75, the representatives must provide proof of their participation in the meetings of the negotiating committee with the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority under the conditions and in accordance with the procedures determined by an order of the Minister responsible for labour, following the opinion of the General Delegate of the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority.

Afin de bénéficier de l’indemnisation prévue au premier alinéa de l’article D. 7343-75, les représentants justifient de leur participation aux réunions de la commission de négociation auprès de l’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi dans les conditions et selon les modalités déterminées par un arrêté du ministre chargé du travail, après avis du délégué général de l’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi.
