Declarations of denunciation, made in application of article L. 7343-41, and declarations of opposition to approval, made in application of article L. 7343-49, are filed, in accordance with the procedures set out in I and 1° of II of article D. 7343-90, by the party who signed them.

A receipt is issued to the applicant.
