Article D7343-92 of the French Labour Code

In the absence of other arrangements provided for by a collective sector agreement concluded pursuant to Article L. 7343-45, the platform :

1° Communicate, by any means, to the self-employed worker using its services, at the time of registration, a notice informing him of the sector agreements applicable by the platform for the service concerned;

2° Post an up-to-date copy of the texts on a digital space accessible to all workers;

3° Inform self-employed workers, by any means, within one month of their effective date, of any new collective sector agreement applicable to the services concerned or any amendment to an applicable agreement, as well as the location where these texts can be consulted.

A défaut d’autres modalités prévues par un accord collectif de secteur conclu en application de l’article L. 7343-45, la plateforme :

1° Communique, par tout moyen, au travailleur indépendant recourant à ses services, au moment de son inscription, une notice l’informant des accords de secteurs applicables par la plateforme pour la prestation concernée ;

2° Met sur un espace numérique accessible à tous les travailleurs un exemplaire à jour des textes ;

3° Informe, par tout moyen, les travailleurs indépendants, dans un délai d’un mois à compter de leur date d’effet, de tout nouvel accord collectif de secteur applicable aux prestations concernées ou de toute modification d’un accord applicable ainsi que de l’emplacement où ces textes peuvent être consultés.
