Article D754-20 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Are applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I:
1° In the first paragraph of article D. 341-4, the words: “For the application of article L. 341-6, La Poste, the Caisse des dépôts et consignations and the venture capital companies shall” are replaced by the words: “The Caisse des dépôts et consignations shall”;
2° In article D. 341-11:
a) The words: “on behalf of the authorities referred to in article L. 341-7” are deleted;
b) The words: “the registration number provided for in the eleventh paragraph of Article L. 341-6” are replaced by the words: “a registration number”;
c) The reference to Article D. 341-13 is replaced by the reference to Article D. 341-12;
3° In Article D. 341-12, references to the “SIREN” number are replaced by references to the registration number in the RIDET register.

I. – Sont applicables dans les îles Wallis et Futuna, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :

II. – Pour l’application du I :
1° Au premier alinéa de l’article D. 341-4, les mots : « Pour l’application de l’article L. 341-6, La Poste, la Caisse des dépôts et consignations et les sociétés de capital-risque font » sont remplacés par les mots : « La Caisse des dépôts et consignations fait » ;
2° A l’article D. 341-11 :
a) Les mots : « pour le compte des autorités mentionnées à l’article L. 341-7 » sont supprimés ;
b) Les mots : « du numéro d’enregistrement prévu au onzième alinéa de l’article L. 341-6 » sont remplacés par les mots : « d’un numéro d’enregistrement » ;
c) La référence à l’article D. 341-13 est remplacée par la référence à l’article D. 341-12 ;
3° A l’article D. 341-12, les références au numéro « SIREN » sont remplacées par les références au numéro d’enregistrement dans le registre RIDET.
