Article D774-31 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I:
1° In Article D. 547-2, the words “under Directive (EU) 2015/2366” are replaced by the words “within the meaning of Article L. 314-1” and the words “pursuant to Directive 2015/365/EU” are replaced by the words “within the meaning of Article L. 321-1”;
2° In Article D. 547-3, the reference to Article 11 of Law no. 47-1775 of 10 September 1947 on the status of cooperatives is deleted.

I. – Sont applicables en Polynésie française, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :

II. – Pour l’application du I :
1° A l’article D. 547-2, les mots : « au titre de la directive (UE) 2015/2366 » sont remplacés par les mots : « au sens de l’article L. 314-1 » et les mots : « au titre de la directive 2015/365/ UE » sont remplacés par les mots : « au sens de l’article L. 321-1 » ;
2° A l’article D. 547-3, la référence à l’article 11 de la loi n° 47-1775 du 10 septembre 1947 portant statut de la coopération est supprimée.
