The public interest grouping for the development of shared health information systems is funded by a contribution from the compulsory health insurance schemes. The amount of this contribution is set by order of the Minister for Social Security.
This grouping may recruit permanent civil servants, as well as non-permanent civil servants with whom it concludes fixed-term or open-ended contracts. It may also employ contract staff under private law governed by the Labour Code.
This grouping may also allocate funding to promote the development of shared health information systems, under conditions set by order of the ministers responsible for health and social security.
