Article L1121-9 of the French Public Health Code

If a person likely to assist in a research project mentioned in 1° or 2° of article L. 1121-1 falls into more than one of the categories mentioned in articles L. 1121-5 to L. 1121-8, those of these provisions which provide the most favourable protection for their interests shall apply.

Si une personne susceptible de prêter son concours à une recherche mentionnée aux 1° ou 2° de l’article L. 1121-1 relève de plusieurs catégories mentionnées aux articles L. 1121-5 à L. 1121-8, lui sont applicables celles de ces dispositions qui assurent à ses intérêts la protection la plus favorable.
