The procedures for applying the provisions of this chapter are determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, and in particular :
1° The composition and conditions of approval, financing, operation and appointment of the members of the Committees for the Protection of Individuals, as well as the nature of the information that must be communicated to them by the sponsor and on which they are called to give their opinion;
2° The duration of the approval of the committees for the protection of individuals mentioned in Article L. 1123-1 ;
3° The nature of the information that must be provided by the sponsor to the competent authority, in the application for authorisation referred to in Article L. 1121-4;
4° The procedures for consulting the committees for the protection of individuals with regard to research of a military nature;
5° The procedures for presenting and the content of the application for modification of the research provided for in article L. 1123-9;
6° The time limit within which the sponsor must submit its observations to the competent authority in the case provided for in the second paragraph of Article L. 1123-11;
7° The nature and seriousness of the adverse events and reactions which are notified in accordance with the provisions of article L. 1123-10 and the procedures for such notification;
8° The procedures by which the sponsor informs the competent authority and the Committee for the Protection of Individuals that the research has been terminated;
9° The assessment procedures provided for on the basis of the guidelines for the assessment of committees for the protection of individuals drawn up by the Haute Autorité de Santé and published by order of the Minister for Health;
10° The conditions under which the competent authority will inform the competent authorities of the other Member States, the European Commission and the European Medicines Agency, as well as the content of the information transmitted;
11° The time limits within which the Committee must issue the opinion referred to in Article L. 1123-7 and the competent authority must issue the authorisation referred to in Article L. 1123-8 .
