Any sponsor based in France who plans to carry out research involving the human person in a non-EU country may submit its project to a committee for the protection of individuals.
The Committee for the Protection of Individuals gives its opinion on the conditions for the validity of the research with regard to article L. 1121-2 and I of article L. 1123-7.
Tout promoteur ayant son siège en France, envisageant de réaliser une recherche impliquant la personne humaine dans un Etat non membre de l’Union européenne, peut soumettre son projet à un comité de protection des personnes.
Le comité de protection des personnes rend son avis sur les conditions de validité de la recherche au regard de l’article L. 1121-2 et du I de l’article L. 1123-7.
