I.-Natural persons guilty of the offence referred to in article L. 1125-21 shall also be liable to the following penalties:
1° disqualification from civic, civil and family rights, in accordance with the provisions ofarticle 131-26 of the French Penal Code;
2° disqualification, for a period of up to five years, from engaging in the professional or social activity in the course of which, or in the course of which, the offence was committed;
3° disqualification from public contracts, either permanently or for a period of up to five years.
II.Legal entities held criminally liable, under the conditions set out inArticle 121-2 of the French Penal Code, for the offence defined in Article L. 1125-21 shall incur, in addition to the fine set out inArticle 131-38 of the French Penal Code, the penalties set out in 1°, 2°, 4°, 9° and 12° of Article 131-39 of the same Code.
The ban referred to in 2° of article 131-39 of the French Pen al Code applies to the activity in the course of which, or on the occasion of which, the offence was committed.
