Article L1125-27 of the French Public Health Code

Where a clinical investigation is carried out at the Institution nationale des invalides or in a health establishment or army hospital with an in-house pharmacy, failure by the sponsor to communicate in advance to the pharmacist managing this pharmacy the data relating to clinical investigations falling into one of the categories mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 5126-7 is punishable by a fine of 30,000 euros.

Article L1125-27

Le fait pour le promoteur, lorsqu’une investigation clinique est conduite à l’Institution nationale des invalides ou dans un établissement de santé ou un hôpital des armées disposant d’une pharmacie à usage intérieur, de ne pas avoir communiqué préalablement au pharmacien assurant la gérance de cette pharmacie les données relatives aux investigations cliniques entrant dans l’une des catégories mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article L. 5126-7 est puni de 30 000 euros d’amende.
