The competent authority may, at any time, request additional information on the performance study from the developer.

Where the competent authority considers that the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) No 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 are not being met, it may, at any time, request that changes be made to the arrangements for carrying out the performance study, to any documents relating to the performance study, and suspend or prohibit the performance study in accordance with Article 72 of the aforementioned Regulation (EU).

The sponsor shall inform the relevant Committee for the Protection of Individuals and the competent authority of the start and end of the performance study, in the manner laid down in Article 73 of the aforementioned EU Regulation.

L’autorité compétente peut, à tout moment, demander au promoteur des informations complémentaires sur l’étude des performances.

Lorsque l’autorité compétente considère que les exigences énoncées au règlement (UE) n° 2017/746 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 5 avril 2017 ne sont pas respectées, elle peut à tout moment demander que des modifications soient apportées aux modalités de la réalisation de l’étude des performances, à tout document relatif à l’étude des performances, ainsi que suspendre ou interdire cette étude des performances conformément à l’article 72 du règlement (UE) précité.

Le promoteur informe le comité de protection des personnes compétent et l’autorité compétente du début et de la fin de l’étude des performances, selon les modalités établies à l’article 73 du règlement (UE) précité.
