I.-Natural persons guilty of the offence referred to in article L. 1126-20 shall also be liable to the following penalties:
1° Disqualification from civic, civil and family rights, in accordance with the provisions ofarticle 131-26 of the French Criminal Code;
2° Disqualification, for a period of up to five years, from engaging in the professional or social activity in the course of which, or in the course of which, the offence was committed;
3° Disqualification from public contracts, either permanently or for a period of up to five years.
II – Legal entities found to be criminally liable, under the conditions set out inarticle 121-2 of the French Criminal Code, for the offence defined in article L. 1126-20 shall incur, in addition to a fine in accordance with the terms and conditions set out inarticle 131-38 of the French Criminal Code, the penalties set out in 1°, 2°, 4°, 9° and 12° of article 131-39 of the same code. The ban referred to in 2° of article 131-39 of the French Pen al Code applies to the activity in the course of which, or on the occasion of which, the offence was committed.
