Failure to comply with Article 73(1) and Article 76(2) of Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on the communication of information intended to be made available to the public in the electronic system provided for in Article 69 of the aforementioned Regulation (EU) shall be punishable by one year’s imprisonment and a fine of €15,000.
La méconnaissance du paragraphe 1 de l’article 73 et des paragraphes 2 de l’article 76 du règlement (UE) 2017/746 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 5 avril 2017 sur la communication d’informations destinées à être mise à la disposition du public dans le système électronique prévu par l’article 69 du règlement (UE) précité est puni d’un an d’emprisonnement et de 15 000 euros d’amende.
