Article L1128-10 of the French Public Health Code

In the context of the research mentioned in 1° of Article L. 1121-1 and Article L. 1124-1, failure by the sponsor to provide investigators free of charge for the duration of the research with the investigational medicinal products and, where applicable, the devices used to administer them and, in the case of research involving products other than medicinal products, the products which are the subject of the research, is punishable by a fine of €30,000.

Dans le cadre d’une recherche mentionnée au 1° de l’article L. 1121-1, à l’article L. 1124-1 le fait pour le promoteur de ne pas fournir gratuitement aux investigateurs pendant la durée de la recherche les médicaments expérimentaux et, le cas échéant, les dispositifs utilisés pour les administrer ainsi que, pour les recherches portant sur des produits autres que les médicaments, les produits faisant l’objet de la recherche est puni de 30 000 € d’amende.
