Article L1132-3-2 of the French Labour Code

No employee may be penalised, dismissed or subjected to any of the discriminatory measures mentioned in Article L. 1132-1 for refusing, on the grounds of his or her sexual orientation, a geographical transfer to a country where homosexuality is a criminal offence.

Aucun salarié ne peut être sanctionné, licencié ou faire l’objet d’une mesure discriminatoire mentionnée à l’article L. 1132-1 pour avoir refusé en raison de son orientation sexuelle une mutation géographique dans un Etat incriminant l’homosexualité.
