Article L1133-6 of the French Public Health Code

As stated in Article 226-30 of the French Penal Code, which is reproduced below:

Art. 226-30 – Legal entities held criminally liable, under the conditions set out in article 121-2, for the offences defined in this section shall incur, in addition to the fine set out in article 131-38, the penalties set out in 2° to 5° and 7° to 9° of article 131-39.

The prohibition referred to in 2° of article 131-39 applies to the activity in the exercise or on the occasion of the exercise of which the offence was committed.

Comme il est dit à l’article 226-30 du code pénal ci-après reproduit :

Art. 226-30.-Les personnes morales déclarées responsables pénalement, dans les conditions prévues par l’article 121-2, des infractions définies à la présente section encourent, outre l’amende suivant les modalités prévues par l’article 131-38, les peines prévues par les 2° à 5° et 7° à 9° de l’article 131-39.

L’interdiction mentionnée au 2° de l’article 131-39 porte sur l’activité dans l’exercice ou à l’occasion de l’exercice de laquelle l’infraction a été commise.
