Article L1152-2 of the French Labour Code

No person who has suffered or refused to suffer repeated acts of psychological harassment or who has, in good faith, reported or witnessed such acts may be subject to the measures mentioned in Article L. 1121-2.

The persons mentioned in the first paragraph of this article benefit from the protections provided for in I and III of Article 10-1 and Articles 12 to 13-1 of Law 2016-1691 of 9 December 2016 on transparency, combating corruption and modernising economic life.

Article L1152-2

Aucune personne ayant subi ou refusé de subir des agissements répétés de harcèlement moral ou ayant, de bonne foi, relaté ou témoigné de tels agissements ne peut faire l’objet des mesures mentionnées à l’article L. 1121-2.

Les personnes mentionnées au premier alinéa du présent article bénéficient des protections prévues aux I et III de l’article 10-1 et aux articles 12 à 13-1 de la loi n° 2016-1691 du 9 décembre 2016 relative à la transparence, à la lutte contre la corruption et à la modernisation de la vie économique.
