Article L121-12 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Each year, the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons draws up a report outlining its activities, providing quantitative and qualitative data presented by gender on asylum applications and statelessness and presenting the training provided to staff, particularly on gender-based persecution and taking into account the vulnerability of asylum seekers. This report will be sent to Parliament and made public.

Article L121-12

L’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides établit chaque année un rapport retraçant son activité, fournissant des données quantitatives et qualitatives présentées par sexe sur la demande d’asile et l’apatridie et présentant les actions de formation délivrées aux agents, notamment en matière de persécutions en raison du sexe et de prise en compte de la vulnérabilité des demandeurs d’asile. Ce rapport est transmis au Parlement et rendu public.
