Article L1222-10 of the French Public Health Code

The procedures for applying the provisions of this chapter shall be determined, where necessary and unless otherwise provided, by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, and in particular :

1° The procedures for organising and operating the Etablissement Français du Sang and the conditions for exercising the supervision and financial control of the State;

2° The qualifications of the establishment’s staff for the categories it determines, and of the person in charge mentioned in article L. 1222-2 ;

3° The terms and conditions under which one or more of the establishment’s support and back-up services may be pooled with one or more services of other bodies in application of article L. 1411-5-3.

Article L1222-10

Les modalités d’application des dispositions du présent chapitre sont déterminées, en tant que de besoin, et sauf dispositions contraires, par décret en Conseil d’Etat, et notamment :

1° Les modalités d’organisation et de fonctionnement de l’Etablissement français du sang ainsi que les conditions d’exercice de la tutelle et du contrôle financier de l’Etat ;

2° Les qualifications des personnels de l’établissement pour les catégories qu’il détermine, et de la personne responsable mentionnée à l’article L. 1222-2 ;

3° Les modalités selon lesquelles un ou plusieurs services d’appui et de soutien de l’établissement peuvent être mutualisés avec un ou plusieurs services d’autres organismes en application de l’article L. 1411-5-3.
