Article L1222-6 of the French Public Health Code

Decisions relating to appointments, approvals and authorisations provided for in this code and to their withdrawal are taken, insofar as they fall within the remit of the Etablissement Français du Sang, by the President of the establishment, after obtaining the opinion of the Board of Directors, with the exception of those provided for in article L. 1222-3, for which the President of the Etablissement Français du Sang informs the Board of Directors.

Les décisions relatives aux nominations, agréments et autorisations prévues par le présent code et à leur retrait sont prises, en tant qu’elles relèvent des attributions de l’Etablissement français du sang, par le président de l’établissement, après avis du conseil d’administration, à l’exception de celles prévues à l’article L. 1222-3, pour lesquelles le président de l’Etablissement français du sang informe le conseil d’administration.
