Article L1223-7 of the French Public Health Code

Persons who provide information by canvassing or canvassing for plasmas mentioned in article L. 1223-3 must have scientific knowledge attested by a State diploma of doctor of pharmacy or pharmacist within the meaning of article L. 4221-2 or by a State diploma of doctor of medicine within the meaning of article L. 4131-1.

The Etablissement Français du Sang and the Armed Forces Blood Transfusion Centre ensure that the knowledge of the staff mentioned in the first paragraph is kept up to date.

They instruct them to report to the Etablissement Français du Sang or the Armed Forces Blood Transfusion Centre all information relating to the use of the products they promote, in particular with regard to any undesirable effects brought to their attention by the persons visited.

Article L1223-7

Les personnes qui font de l’information par démarchage ou de la prospection pour des plasmas mentionnés à l’article L. 1223-3, doivent posséder des connaissances scientifiques attestées par un diplôme d’Etat de docteur en pharmacie ou de pharmacien au sens de l’article L. 4221-2 ou par un diplôme d’Etat de docteur en médecine au sens de l’article L. 4131-1.

L’Etablissement français du sang et le centre de transfusion sanguine des armées veillent à l’actualisation des connaissances des personnels mentionnés au premier alinéa.

Ils leur donnent instruction de rapporter à l’Etablissement français du sang ou au centre de transfusion sanguine des armées toutes les informations relatives à l’utilisation des produits dont ils assurent la communication à caractère promotionnel, en particulier en ce qui concerne les effets indésirables qui sont portés à leur connaissance par les personnes visitées.
