The employee who returns to his initial activity at the end of parental education leave or a period of part-time work to raise a child is entitled to the professional interview mentioned in I of article L. 6315-1.
During this interview, the employer and the employee organise the employee’s return to work; they determine the employee’s training needs and examine the possible consequences of the leave on his remuneration and career development.
At the employee’s request, the interview may take place before the end of the parental leave.
