An employer who makes collective redundancies for economic reasons of less than ten employees within the same thirty-day period shall inform the administrative authority of the redundancy(ies) decided upon.

An employer who makes collective redundancies for economic reasons of less than ten employees within the same thirty-day period shall inform the administrative authority of the redundancy(ies) decided upon.
L’employeur qui procède à un licenciement collectif pour motif économique de moins de dix salariés dans une même période de trente jours informe l’autorité administrative du ou des licenciements prononcés.
