Article L1233-57-18 of the French Labour Code

In companies with a central company social and economic committee, the establishment social and economic committees exercise the powers entrusted to the social and economic committee pursuant to Articles L. 1233-57-15 to L. 1233-57-17, L. 1233-57-19 and L. 1233-57-20, within the limits of the powers entrusted to the heads of these establishments.

Dans les entreprises dotées d’un comité social et économique central d’entreprise, les comités sociaux et économiques d’établissement exercent les attributions confiées au comité social et économique en application des articles L. 1233-57-15 à L. 1233-57-17, L. 1233-57-19 et L. 1233-57-20, dans la limite des pouvoirs confiés aux chefs de ces établissements.
