In the event of total or partial non-fulfilment of the notice period resulting either from the temporary or definitive closure of the establishment, or from the reduction of the working hours usually worked in the establishment below the legal working hours, the salary to be taken into consideration is calculated on the basis of the legal or contractual working hours applicable to the company, when the employee was working full-time, or the working hours set out in his employment contract when he was working part-time.
