The benefit of a gamete donation may in no way be made subject to the designation by the recipient couple of a person who has voluntarily agreed to make such a donation to an anonymous third party couple.

The oocyte donor must be specifically informed of the conditions for ovarian stimulation and oocyte retrieval, and of the risks and constraints associated with this technique, during interviews with the multidisciplinary medical team. She is informed of the legal conditions of donation, in particular the principle of anonymity and the principle that donation is free of charge. They are reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection with the donation.

Le bénéfice d’un don de gamètes ne peut en aucune manière être subordonné à la désignation par le couple receveur d’une personne ayant volontairement accepté de procéder à un tel don en faveur d’un couple tiers anonyme.

La donneuse d’ovocytes doit être particulièrement informée des conditions de la stimulation ovarienne et du prélèvement ovocytaire, des risques et des contraintes liés à cette technique, lors des entretiens avec l’équipe médicale pluridisciplinaire. Elle est informée des conditions légales du don, notamment du principe d’anonymat et du principe de gratuité. Elle bénéficie du remboursement des frais engagés pour le don.
