Concluding a fixed-term employment contract for a purpose other than that provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 1242-2 or outside the cases provided for in that same article and in article L. 1242-3 is punishable by a fine of 3,750 euros.
A repeat offence is punishable by a fine of 7,500 euros and six months’ imprisonment.
Le fait de conclure un contrat de travail à durée déterminée pour un objet autre que celui prévu au premier alinéa de l’article L. 1242-2 ou en dehors des cas prévus à ce même article et à l’article L. 1242-3 est puni d’une amende de 3 750 euros.
