Failure to comply with the provisions of article L. 1243-12, relating to the extension of the fixed-term employment contract of an employee exposed to ionising radiation, is punishable by a fine of 3,750 euros.
A repeat offence is punishable by a fine of 7,500 euros and six months’ imprisonment.
