The assignment contract is drawn up in writing.
It shall include in particular:
1° A reproduction of the clauses and information in the secondment contract listed in article L. 1251-43 ;
2° The employee’s professional qualifications;
3° The terms and conditions of the remuneration due to the employee, including the end-of-assignment allowance provided for in article L. 1251-32;
4° The length of any trial period;
5° A clause covering the repatriation of the employee at the expense of the temporary employment contractor when the assignment takes place outside mainland France. This clause becomes null and void if the contract is terminated at the employee’s initiative;
6° The name and address of the supplementary pension fund and provident fund to which the temporary work agency is affiliated;
7° A statement that the user company is not prohibited from hiring the employee at the end of the assignment.
