Article L1255-18 of the French Labour Code

In all the cases provided for in this section, the court may order, as an additional penalty, the display or dissemination of all or part of the decision, or of a press release informing the public of the reasons for and the terms of the decision, at the expense of the convicted contractor or client company, under the conditions provided for inArticle 131-35 of the Criminal Code, and its publication, in full or in excerpts, in the publications that it designates. Where appropriate, it will determine which extracts of the decision and the terms of the press release are to be displayed or disseminated.

Article L1255-18

Dans tous les cas prévus à la présente section, la juridiction peut ordonner, à titre de peine complémentaire, l’affichage ou la diffusion de l’intégralité ou d’une partie de la décision, ou d’un communiqué informant le public des motifs et du dispositif de celle-ci, aux frais de l’entrepreneur de portage salarial ou de l’entreprise cliente condamnée, dans les conditions prévues à l’article 131-35 du code pénal, et son insertion, intégrale ou par extraits, dans les publications qu’elle désigne. Elle détermine, le cas échéant, les extraits de la décision et les termes du communiqué qui devront être affichés ou diffusés.
