Article L1273-3 of the French Public Health Code

As stated in article 511-10 of the Criminal Code, reproduced below:

“Except in the case provided for in Article 16-8-1 of the Civil Code, disclosing information that makes it possible to identify both a person or couple who has donated gametes and the couple or unmarried woman who has received them is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of €30,000. “
