Article L1273-5 of the French Public Health Code

As stated in Article 511-12 of the French Penal Code, reproduced below:

“Artificial insemination using fresh sperm or a mixture of donated sperm in breach of article L. 1244-3 of the French Public Health Code is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of €30,000. “

Comme il est dit à l’article 511-12 du code pénal ci-après reproduit :

” Le fait de procéder à une insémination artificielle par sperme frais ou mélange de sperme provenant de dons en violation de l’article L. 1244-3 du code de la santé publique est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 30 000 euros d’amende. “
