The Committee draws up an annual report on its activities, which is submitted to the President of the Republic and to Parliament and is made public. This report includes an analysis of the ethical issues raised in the areas of competence of the Agence de la biomédecine and in the field of neuroscience.
It may publish recommendations on subjects within its remit.
