Article L1412-5 of the French Public Health Code

A decree in the Conseil d’Etat specifies the conditions for appointing the members of the committee mentioned in 1°, 3°, 4°, 5° and 6° of I of Article L. 1412-2, in particular the procedures for respecting the gap mentioned in III of the same Article L. 1412-2 and those for organising a renewal by half of the body, and defines its referral, organisation and operating procedures.

Article L1412-5

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat précise les conditions de désignation des membres du comité mentionnés aux 1°, 3°, 4°, 5° et 6° du I de l’article L. 1412-2, notamment les modalités suivant lesquelles est respecté l’écart mentionné au III du même article L. 1412-2 et celles suivant lesquelles est organisé un renouvellement par moitié de l’instance, et définit ses modalités de saisine, d’organisation et de fonctionnement.
