In order to carry out the tasks provided for in 4°, 10°, 11° and 14° of article L. 1418-1, the Agency shall appoint inspectors from among its staff to carry out the relevant checks and investigations and may ask the competent State administrative authorities or public establishments concerned to call in their staff authorised to monitor the application of legislative and regulatory provisions designed to protect human health.
These inspectors may be assisted by experts appointed by the Director General of the Agency.
The provisions of articles L. 1421-2, L. 1421-3 and L. 1427-1 are applicable to the Agency’s inspectors.
The Agency shall receive the monitoring and inspection reports relating to the activities within its remit.
